I dont mean to dwell on the past, but its very hard to think about what we used to have, and what we were and compare it to the situation that is currently occurring.
Did you mean any of it? Or was I just another girl?
To me, you were the love of my life for two and a half years. You were my first love and someone I deeply and truly care about.
I take myself back 3 or 4 years ago to the time when we first began, as some call it, ‘dealing’. The first time I was ever getting serious with any guy and it was someone I had my eye on for a long time. How did that end? With a giant slap in the face that included getting with 2 other girls and completely cutting me out of your life. What did I do? Attempt to keep our friendship intact. Even if that meant I had to watch you with someone else. I was always looking out for us. I find it very funny how you end up doing the exact thing you’re so afraid of, 3 times… Fast forward now, I feel like the past has repeated itself and I’m sitting in almost the exact same situation. But there is one thing that I’m not willing to do anymore. Worry about ‘us’. I always try to do whats best for my relationships with everyone but I often end up forgetting about myself. Although I am so proud of all that I;ve done for us, it’s now time to worry about Caitlyn, cause she deserves some much needed attention. So I guess all that left to say is good bye..
